Samsung Star II DUOS Review

Samsung Star II DUOS is a quite basic device released many years ago, which counts with a medium sized 3.2-inches display and a 3.2 mega-pixels back camera.

This cellphone has a mediocre 20,48 MB internal storage, which could be adequate for basic users having that this phone also has an external memory card slot to store photos and videos and even some apps that allow being installed in the external memory.

This phone is available only in black color. This cellphone isn't a very compact cellphone, taking into account that it is 4.31" long and 2.2 inches wide,but it just holds a 3.2" screen. Samsung didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 3.53 ounces cellphone.

This cellphone has a good level 3.2 inches display with a 400 x 240 resolution, providing this phone with an average graphic quality. This display uses TFT capacitive technology, but it doesn't allow multi-touch gestures.

This phone includes wi-fi connection (although it can't share it with other devices around, acting as a hotspot) and 3G data connection, supported by EDGE technologies. This cellphone has 2 SIM cards so it's able to work with 2 different phone lines in the same cellphone.

The Samsung Star II DUOS only has a 3.2 megapixels back facing camera. It is also able to capture videos in QVGA 320x240. This camera also features smile detection shooting.

This device also includes Bluetooth (enables communication with other phones and accessories), and some sensors likeProximity Sensor and Accelerometer.

This cellphone features a 1200 mAh small capacity Li-Ion removable battery providing this phone with a not very long battery life. According to Samsung, this cellphone has an aproximate 10 hours talk time and a 550 hs stand by time.
