The Samsung Wave 723 is slim and looks really nice, but it's not so thin as many other cellphones currently available, with a thickness of 0.46". While the Samsung Wave 723 has 4.31" long and 2.12" wide, it only contains a smaller 3.2" screen. Samsung didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 3.53 oz phone.
The Samsung Wave 723 has a good level 400 x 240 3.2 inches screen, providing this phone with a nice graphic quality. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.
This phone comes with a 105,47 MB internal storage memory, a poor quantity that could be adequate for basic users considering that it also has an SD memory slot to store photos and videos and even some games and apps that allow being installed in the external memory.
The Samsung Wave 723 offers wi-fi capability (although it can't be provided to other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot) and fast 3G internet connection, over HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone uses a SIM card for GSM carriers.
The Samsung Wave 723 is only equipped with a 5 MP back-facing camera. This cellphone also shoots videos up to 320x240 (QVGA). In addition, the camera includes flash.
This phone comes with a small sized 1200 mAh Li-Ion battery, which is quite low for a demanding cellphone like this. Samsung informs a talk time of 14.3 hours and a stand by time of 700 hours for this phone.
