Spice Mobile sells the Spice Mobile Smart Flo 503 with an extremely powerful Dual-Core processing unit ticking at 1300 megahertz, packed into a Mediatek MT6571 system chip and only 512 MB of RAM memory which is a bit disappointing for such a good cellphone. Graphic calculations often eats lots of CPU time, so this device has an extra 500 MHz ARM Mali-400 graphic processing unit to help with that calculations.
