Videocon Challenger V40LD Review

Videocon Challenger V40LD is a not very powerful Android cellphone, featuring a fast 1 GHz processor, a 4 inches screen, and two cameras, a 1.3 MP back side camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front camera. But it's time to get into more details.

Videocon equipped this phone with a powerful 1000 megahertz CPU, bundled in the RDA8810PL system chip with just 262,14 MB of RAM.

Though this phone is very slim and comfortable it's not even close to being one of the thinnest phones currently available, with a thickness of 0.41". This phone is sold in 2 colors, black and white.

This phone has two cameras, a 1.3 mega-pixels back side camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front side camera.

Videocon packed the Videocon Challenger V40LD with a nice 4" display, and a 480 x 800 resolution, which makes everything look very good.

This cellphone features WiFi connection (but it can't provide it to other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot). This device doesn't use a SIM card, because it is not a GSM cellphone.

This device comes with a 1450 mAh medium capacity non-replaceable battery that can keep it running for some hours, although you will probably need to charge it after some moderate to heavy usage. A possible problem to take into consideration is that this phone's battery is not replaceable so you can't change it when it starts to last shorter, leaving no choice but to buy a new device.

The Videocon Challenger V40LD also comes with a handful of nice characteristics such as Bluetooth, GPS Navigation and Radio, and a couple sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.
