ZTE Fanfare Review

ZTE Fanfare is a mid-end Android device launched many years ago, equipped with a Dual-Core CPU running at 1200 MHz, a 4.5" display, a 5 megapixels back-facing camera and a 0.3 megapixels front side camera. Let's take a closer sight of what this phone has to offer.

ZTE decided to equip this cellphone using a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 8210 system chip, backed up by a good performance Dual-Core processing unit clocking at 1200 megahertz with 1 GB RAM memory. This phone has a 4 GB internal storage memory, a passable amount that should be enough for the vast majority of users considering that this phone also has a slot for SD memory cards to store photographs and videos and even some applications that allow being installed in the external memory.

ZTE only sells this device in black color. The ZTE Fanfare's thickness (0.4") is a little far from current standards, but it still feels in the hand. This device feels a bit heavy for a device of this size, with a weight of 4.94 ounces.

This cellphone has a nice 4.5" display with a 480 x 854 resolution, which makes all photos and movies look beautiful.

This cellphone offers wi-fi capability (although it can't be provided to other devices around, acting as a router), 4G HSPA+ connection type, which is not so fast as LTE-A or LTE networks and 3G fast internet connection, over HSDPA, HSPA and HSUPA technologies. This cellphone uses a Micro SIM card for GSM networks.

This cellphone features two cameras, a 5 MP back-facing camera and a 0.3 MP front camera. It is capable of capturing 1280x720 HD videos.

The ZTE Fanfare uses a good 2000 mAh Li - Ion battery, which is quite low for a thirsty phone like this.

This cellphone also comes with a couple of interesting features like Bluetooth (4.0 ) and GPS, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
