ZTE Groove Review

ZTE Groove is a decent quality phone, packing a 3.5 inches capacitive screen, a powerful CPU running at 800 MHz, and two cameras, a 3.2 mega-pixels back camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front-facing camera.

This phone is only for sale in black color. This device feels a bit heavy comparing with today standards, weighting 4.5 oz. The ZTE Groove is quite thick for current standards, being as thick as 0.55 inches. This cellphone is 4.67 inches long, it just packs a smaller 3.5 inches screen.

ZTE designed this device with a good level 3.5-inches screen, and a resolution of 480 x 320 , giving this phone a good image quality.

The ZTE Groove comes with a great performance CPU ticking at 800 megahertz, included in the Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 MSM7627A chip and 512 MB of RAM memory. Helping with graphic intensive apps and games, it also uses an Adreno 200 (enhanced) graphic processing unit speeding at 200 megahertz. This phone comes with a mediocre 1 GB internal storage, which could be enough for basic users having that this phone also has a slot for SD memory cards to store pictures and videos.

This phone is equipped with two cameras, a 3.2 MP back-facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front facing camera. It is also able to film videos in HD 1280x720. To complete the camera, it also features flash.

This cellphone comes with a 1500 mAh mid capacity Li-Ion replaceable battery providing this cellphone with a quite short battery duration. According to ZTE, this device has an aproximate 6.7 hours talk time and a 350 hs stand by time.

This cellphone features WiFi connection (which can be provided to other devices around, acting as a wireless modem) and 3G connection type, over EV-DO A technologies. The ZTE Groove doesn't use a SIM card, because it doesn't work with GSM networks and it works in CDMA carriers.

This phone also includes some cool features as Bluetooth (provides communication with other bluetooth devices, computers and accessories) and GPS Navigation, and a few sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.
