ZTE Tania Review

ZTE Tania is a not so powerful cellphone, counting with a medium 4.3 inches multi touch screen, a 5 MP back camera and a great performance processing unit running at 1000 MHz.

ZTE decided to power this device using a good performance 1 GHz processor, included in a Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 MSM8255 chip and 512 MB RAM memory. Graphic calculations usually consume a lot of CPU processing time, so this cellphone uses an additional 245 MHz Adreno 205 GPU to take some work out of the processor. The ZTE Tania comes with an average 4 GB internal storage memory, which might be a little bit scarce for some users having that this cellphone doesn't ship with an SD memory card expansion slot to store additional games and apps, photos, videos.

This phone is very slim and comfortable, while it's not close to being one of the thinnest cellphones out there, with a thickness of 0.42". Apparently ZTE decided not to care much about the weight in this 5.58 ounces phone.

The ZTE Tania has a nice 4.3 inches screen with a 800 x 480 resolution, which makes all images and movies look colorful and brightful. Its screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

This phone provides wifi connectivity (although it can't be shared with other devices around, as a mobile mobile hotspot) and 3G fast connectivity, using HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The ZTE Tania works with a SIM card for GSM carriers.

This cellphone is only equipped with a 5 mega-pixels back camera. It is also able to film videos in HD 1280x720. This camera also has flash.

This phone counts with a 1400 mAh medium capacity Li-Ion removable battery, which is not really enough for a cellphone like this. This device has an estimated 4 hours talk time and a 200 hours stand by time according to ZTE.

This phone also includes a couple cool features such as Bluetooth, GPS and Radio, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
