The Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 is better than the Acer Iconia A1, having a score of 61.8 against 55.4. Both tablets we compare here have Android OS (Operating System), but Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has a more recent 4.2 version while Acer Iconia A1 has Android 4.1 version, giving you a couple additional features and performance optimizations. Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has a little bit better looking display than Acer Iconia A1, because it has a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920, a better pixel density and a larger screen.
The Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 features much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Acer Iconia A1, and although they both have an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB, the Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 also has 32 GB internal storage capacity. The Acer Iconia A1 features a better camera than Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10. Both of them have the same video frame rates, the same (Full HD) video resolution and a back-facing camera with a 5 MP.
Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has a much better battery life than Acer Iconia A1, because it has 6760mAh of battery capacity instead of 4960mAh.
Although Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Acer Iconia A1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Acer Iconia A1. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10, else you can save some dollars and get the Acer Iconia A1, resigning a couple features and specifications.
