Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS, but Google Pixel C has a more recent 6.0 version and Acer Iconia A1 has Android 4.1 version, providing the user some nice extra features. Even though the Google Pixel C is heavier than Acer Iconia A1, it's a lot thinner and much newer.

The Google Pixel C counts with a lot better display than Acer Iconia A1, because it has a larger screen, a much higher resolution of 1800 x 2560 pixels and a way greater quantity of pixels per inch of display. Acer Iconia A1 has a much better performing CPU than Google Pixel C, because although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster) and an extra graphics processor.

The Google Pixel C has a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Acer Iconia A1, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. Acer Iconia A1 features a much better battery performance than Google Pixel C. The Acer Iconia A1 takes a bit better photos and videos than Google Pixel C, although it has a lower (Full HD) video definition and a back-facing camera with a much lower resolution.

Although Google Pixel C is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Acer Iconia A1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Acer Iconia A1. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Google Pixel C, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Acer Iconia A1, giving up some features and specifications.
