The Microsoft Surface Pro is much better than Acer Iconia A1, with a 63.2 score against 55.4. Microsoft Surface Pro is an older, somewhat thicker and incredibly heavier tablet than Acer Iconia A1. Microsoft Surface Pro comes with Windows 8 Pro operating system, and Acer Iconia A1 works with Android 4.1 operating system.

The Microsoft Surface Pro has a bit more powerful processor than Acer Iconia A1, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with 3 GB more RAM memory and a faster graphics processing unit. Microsoft Surface Pro counts with just a bit better display than Acer Iconia A1, because it has a way better 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, a lot larger screen and a higher pixels density.

The Acer Iconia A1 captures much better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a camera with much more megapixels. Microsoft Surface Pro features a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Acer Iconia A1, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
