Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has an overall score of 72.2, which is way better than Acer Iconia A1's score of 55.4. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Acer Iconia A1 has Android 4.1 OS. Microsoft Surface Pro 3's body is newer and somewhat thinner, but also a lot heavier than the Acer Iconia A1.
