Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a score of 75.1, which is a lot better than the Acer Iconia A1's global score of 55.4. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 works with Windows 10 Pro OS, and Acer Iconia A1 works with Android 4.1 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a much newer and way thinner device than Acer Iconia A1, but it is also notably heavier.
Acer Iconia A1 features a much better performing processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has 15 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a GPU and more processing cores. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features a little sharper screen than Acer Iconia A1, because it has a really bigger display, a way higher 1824 x 2736 pixels resolution and a lot more pixels per inch of screen.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Acer Iconia A1, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 1000 GB internal memory. Acer Iconia A1 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a worse video resolution and a much lower resolution camera in the back.
