Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is better than Acer Iconia A1, with a 62.5 score against 55.4. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has an older 3.1 version and Acer Iconia A1 has Android 4.1. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE body is incredibly thinner but much heavier than the Acer Iconia A1.

Acer Iconia A1 features just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Acer Iconia A1 also has an extra graphics processor and a greater number of cores (and also faster). Acer Iconia A1 features a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has a way smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 768 x 1024px, it also counts with a little more pixels per screen inch.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has just a bit more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Acer Iconia A1, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE features a very superior battery duration than Acer Iconia A1, because it has a 37 percent bigger battery capacity.

The Acer Iconia A1 counts with a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a way better video quality and a lot more megapixels camera in the back.

Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Acer Iconia A1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Acer Iconia A1. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Acer Iconia A1, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
