The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is a lot better than Acer Iconia A1, getting a overall score of 74.6 against 55.4. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has 9.0 Pie version while Acer Iconia A1 has Android 4.1, so it counts with some nice extra features and performance tweaks. Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is a much newer tablet, and it is also a lot thinner and incredibly lighter than the Acer Iconia A1.

Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Acer Iconia A1, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) counts with just a bit better display than Acer Iconia A1, because it has a way greater pixels density, a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a little bit larger screen.
