Comparison review
The Galaxy View is much better than the Acer Iconia A1, getting a 61.5 score against 55.4. Galaxy View's design is much newer than Acer Iconia A1's, but it's way heavier and a bit thicker. The Samsung Galaxy View has a bit more powerful processing unit than Acer Iconia A1, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with more RAM and a higher number of cores.
Acer Iconia A1 features a much better display than Samsung Galaxy View, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a way worse 768 x 1024 pixels resolution, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display. The Acer Iconia A1 captures greater pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy View. The Galaxy View features a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Acer Iconia A1, because it has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB and 64 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy View counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than Acer Iconia A1, because it has a 5700mAh battery capacity against 4960mAh.
Although Galaxy View is a better device, it costs a lot more than Acer Iconia A1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Acer Iconia A1. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy View, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Acer Iconia A1, letting go some specs and features.
