Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy View 2 is better than the Acer Iconia A1, getting a overall score of 65.3 against 55.4. Samsung Galaxy View 2's design is way newer than the Acer Iconia A1's, although it's notably thicker and much heavier. Both tablets we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy View 2 has the newer 8.1 Oreo version and Acer Iconia A1 has Android 4.1, so it offers lots of additional features and enhanced performance.
Samsung Galaxy View 2 counts with a little better performance than Acer Iconia A1, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM. Acer Iconia A1 counts with a more vivid screen than Galaxy View 2, because although it has a lot worse 768 x 1024px resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels density.
The Acer Iconia A1 captures much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy View 2. Galaxy View 2 features a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Acer Iconia A1, because it has an external SD slot that holds up to 400 GB and 64 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy View 2 features a really longer battery lifetime than Acer Iconia A1, because it has 12000mAh of battery capacity against 4960mAh.
Although Galaxy View 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Acer Iconia A1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Acer Iconia A1. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Acer Iconia A1, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
