Samsung Ativ Tab is a lot better than the Acer Iconia A1-830-1479, getting a global score of 66.7 against 54.7. Although it's the best tablet in this comparison review, the Samsung Ativ Tab is a noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than Acer Iconia A1-830-1479. Samsung Ativ Tab has Windows RT operating system, and Acer Iconia A1-830-1479 works with Android 4.2.1 operating system.
Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a bit better processor than Acer Iconia A1-830-1479, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has a GPU and 1 GB more RAM memory.
