Galaxy Tab Active 2 is much better than Acer Iconia A1-830-1479, having a overall score of 70 against 54.7. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Acer Iconia A1-830-1479 has Android 4.2.1, so it gives you some extra features. Even being the best in our current comparison, the Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a a little bit heavier and thicker tablet than Acer Iconia A1-830-1479.
