Comparison review
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 is much better than the Acer Iconia A3, having a 62.5 score against 55.2. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a newer 10 version and Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2, counting with some additional features. Alcatel JOY TAB 2 is a much newer tablet, and it is also way lighter and thinner than Acer Iconia A3.
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 counts with just a little better performance than Acer Iconia A3, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. Acer Iconia A3 has a more vivid screen than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Acer Iconia A3 also counts with a larger screen.
The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 features a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Acer Iconia A3, because it has 32 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that supports up to 256 GB. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 features just a bit longer battery performance than Acer Iconia A3, because it has a 15 percent greater battery capacity.
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a way better camera than Acer Iconia A3. Both of them have the same 1920x1080 video quality, the same video frame rates and a back camera with a 5 megapixels resolution.
