Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a global score of 65.2, which is better than Acer Iconia A3's global score of 55.2. Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has the newer 13 version while Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16's construction is newer, a bit lighter and thinner than Acer Iconia A3.
