Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has an overall score of 66.1, which is better than the Acer Iconia A3's 55.2 global score. Blackview OSCAL Pad 18's construction is a lot newer, somewhat lighter and thinner than Acer Iconia A3. These devices have Android operating system, but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has the newer 13 version while Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2 version, offering a lot of extra features and increased performance.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a superior processing unit than Acer Iconia A3, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores.
