Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 is much better than Acer Iconia A3, having a 66.3 score against 55.2. Microsoft Surface 3 is a newer and thinner portable tablet than Acer Iconia A3, but it is just a little heavier. The Acer Iconia A3 features a better screen than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a bit smaller display, a way lower 800 x 1280 resolution and a lot worse quantity of pixels in each screen inch.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a bit better performance than Acer Iconia A3, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Microsoft Surface 3 also counts with 3 GB more RAM. The Microsoft Surface 3 features a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Acer Iconia A3, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
The Acer Iconia A3 counts with a really longer battery life than Microsoft Surface 3. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a better camera than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a back-facing camera with much more MP.
The Microsoft Surface 3 is way more expensive than the Acer Iconia A3, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
