The Microsoft Surface Pro has an overall score of 63.2, which is much better than the Acer Iconia A3's 55.2 global score. The Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro operating system, while Acer Iconia A3 counts with Android 4.2 operating system. The Microsoft Surface Pro is a better tablet than Acer Iconia A3, it must be told that it is also older, notably heavier and thicker.
Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a bit better performance than Acer Iconia A3, because although it has less CPU cores , it also counts with more RAM memory and a better GPU working at 650 MHz. Acer Iconia A3 has just a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface Pro, although it has a way worse 800 x 1280px resolution, a much lower pixels density and a quite smaller display.
