Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a general score of 65.1, which is much better than the Acer Iconia A3's overall score of 55.2. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 comes with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2 OS. Although Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is a better device than Acer Iconia A3, it must be noted that it's also noticeably thicker and noticeably heavier.
