Comparison review
The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is a lot better than Acer Iconia A3, with a global score of 78.2 against 55.2. The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 design is way thinner but extremely heavier than Acer Iconia A3, and they were released with only a few months difference. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has 4.4 version while Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2 version, giving you some additional features.
The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with a better hardware performance than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have 4 cores, the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 also has a much better graphics co-processor running at 450 MHz and more RAM memory. Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with a bit sharper display than Acer Iconia A3, because it has a lot higher display density, a larger screen and a lot higher 1600 x 2560 resolution.
The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 also has a much more mega-pixels camera. The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has a very superior battery performance than Acer Iconia A3, because it has a 168 percent more battery size.
Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is a little more expensive than the Acer Iconia A3, but you can get a much better tablet for that few extra dollars.
