Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is way better than the Acer Iconia A3, getting a 67.8 score against 55.2. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a somewhat lighter and a lot thinner tablet device than the Acer Iconia A3, although both were released only 6 months apart. Both of these tablets work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2.
The Acer Iconia A3 counts with a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. Both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, a higher pixel quantity in each inch of display and a screen with the same size. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a slightly better memory for games and applications than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB.
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 and Acer Iconia A3 count with very similar processors, and although the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a much better graphics processor working at 450 MHz and 512 MB more RAM, they both have a Quad-Core processor. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a really longer battery life than Acer Iconia A3, because it has a 92 percent bigger battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 shoots slightly better videos and photos than Acer Iconia A3, although it has a lot lower video definition and a back camera with a much lower resolution.
Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is also very cheap compared to the other tablets, which makes it very easy to pick between these tablets.
