Galaxy Tab Active 2 is much better than Acer Iconia A3, having a 70 score against 55.2. The Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a newer portable tablet, and it is also just a little thinner and notably lighter than Acer Iconia A3. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab Active 2 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has just a bit better processing power than Acer Iconia A3, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM memory and more cores. Acer Iconia A3 counts with a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a quite worse display density, and they both have an equal resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Acer Iconia A3 also counts with a larger display.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 also has a camera with lot more MP. The Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Tab Active 2 also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 features greater battery life than Acer Iconia A3, because it has a 4450mAh battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 costs a lot more than the Acer Iconia A3, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
