Comparison review
Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a score of 77.5, which is much better than the Acer Iconia A3's score of 55.2. Although Galaxy Tab Active Pro is somewhat heavier than Acer Iconia A3, it's just a little bit thinner and way newer. These tablets come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations.
Acer Iconia A3 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab Active Pro, although it has a much worse pixels density and a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280px, they both have a display of the same size. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a bit better processing power than Acer Iconia A3, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy Tab Active Pro shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Acer Iconia A3, because it has a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a back-facing camera with way more mega-pixels. Galaxy Tab Active Pro counts with a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Acer Iconia A3, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro features a much longer battery life than Acer Iconia A3, because it has a 115% larger battery capacity.
The Galaxy Tab Active Pro is way more expensive than the Acer Iconia A3, but you can get a much better tablet for that few extra dollars.
