Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has an overall score of 74.6, which is way better than Acer Iconia A3's 55.2 general score. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a newer 4.4 version while Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2 version, so it gives lots of additional features and better performance. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 design is way thinner and somewhat lighter than Acer Iconia A3, even when they were released with only a couple of months difference.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a much better looking screen than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a way better 1600 x 2560 resolution and a way higher display density. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Acer Iconia A3, because it has 32 GB internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 64 GB.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a better CPU than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a better graphics processing unit running at 450 megahertz and 1 GB more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a much better battery lifetime than Acer Iconia A3, because it has 8220mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a superior camera than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a camera in the back with way more MP.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 costs a lot more money than the Acer Iconia A3, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
