Comparison review
Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is a lot better than Acer Iconia A3, with a 74.6 score against 55.2. Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020)'s body is extremely lighter and notably thinner than the Acer Iconia A3. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Acer Iconia A3 has Android 4.2, so it provides the user a couple additional features and performance optimizations.
The Acer Iconia A3 has a little sharper screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because although it has a much lower amount of pixels per display inch and a way lower 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, it also counts with a larger screen. Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) counts with a way bigger memory for apps and games than Acer Iconia A3, because it has 16 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) features a bit better CPU than Acer Iconia A3, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more RAM memory and a greater number of cores. The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) counts with a much better battery performance than Acer Iconia A3, because it has a 41% more battery capacity.
Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) captures a lot better videos and photos than Acer Iconia A3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) also has a back camera with a much better 8 MP resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is a little more expensive than Acer Iconia A3, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
