Comparison review
The Amazon Fire HD 6 is slightly better than the Acer Iconia One 8, having a 54.1 score against 53.7. Amazon Fire HD 6 is an older and a bit thicker device than the Acer Iconia One 8, but Amazon made it somewhat lighter anyway. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Amazon Fire HD 6 has the previous 4.4 version while Acer Iconia One 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version.
Amazon Fire HD 6 has an incredibly better looking screen than Acer Iconia One 8, because although it has a really smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1280 x 800 resolution, the Amazon Fire HD 6 also counts with a greater pixel density. Acer Iconia One 8 has a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB and 8 GB more internal memory.
Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with a bit faster CPU than Acer Iconia One 8. Both have a 1 GB RAM memory and 4 cores. The Acer Iconia One 8 captures much clearer videos and photos than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has a back facing camera with much more mega pixels. The Acer Iconia One 8 has a much better battery duration than Amazon Fire HD 6.
Amazon Fire HD 6 not only is the best tablets between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bit cheaper.
