Comparison review

HTC Flyer is slightly better than the Acer Iconia One 8, having a 58.7 score against 53.7. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but HTC Flyer has the previous 3.2 version and Acer Iconia One 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop. HTC Flyer is a notably older, incredibly thicker and heavier tablet device than the Acer Iconia One 8.

The HTC Flyer has a little sharper screen than Acer Iconia One 8, although it has a little smaller screen, a quite lower screen pixel density and a way worse 600 x 1024px resolution. The HTC Flyer features a bit bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Acer Iconia One 8, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with more internal storage.

The Acer Iconia One 8 features a bit more powerful processing unit than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, the Acer Iconia One 8 also counts with a higher number of cores. The Acer Iconia One 8 features a little longer battery life than HTC Flyer, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity.

HTC Flyer shoots much better photographs and videos than Acer Iconia One 8. Both of them have a 5 megapixels camera.

Although HTC Flyer is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Acer Iconia One 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Acer Iconia One 8. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy HTC Flyer, else you can save some money and buy the Acer Iconia One 8, letting go a couple specifications.
