Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a general score of 60.8, which is much better than the Acer Iconia One 8's 53.7 global score. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has an older 4.1.2 version while Acer Iconia One 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Despite being the best tablet device in this comparison review, Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus's body is much older, a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier than the Acer Iconia One 8.
The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a bit more vivid screen than Acer Iconia One 8, although it has a bit less pixels per inch of screen, a quite smaller display and a much lower resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels. Acer Iconia One 8 has a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Acer Iconia One 8 also has more cpu cores.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a greater storage to store more apps and games than Acer Iconia One 8, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits 64 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage. The Acer Iconia One 8 features just a little bit longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a 15% bigger battery size.
Acer Iconia One 8 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a back facing camera with a lot better resolution.
Although Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Acer Iconia One 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Acer Iconia One 8. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Acer Iconia One 8, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
