Comparison review
Galaxy Tab has a global score of 58.6, which is a bit better than the Acer Iconia One 8's 53.7 general score. Although the Galaxy Tab is better than the Acer Iconia One 8, we must highlight that it's also extremely older, somewhat heavier and incredibly thicker. Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab has the older 2.3.3 version while Acer Iconia One 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab has a slightly better screen than Acer Iconia One 8, although it has a quite lower quantity of pixels per screen inch, a little smaller display and a lot worse resolution of 600 x 1024px. Acer Iconia One 8 has a quite bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Tab, although it has just 16 GB internal storage capacity.
Acer Iconia One 8 has a quite better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has more RAM and 3 more cpu cores. The Galaxy Tab features just a bit better camera than Acer Iconia One 8, although it has a way less mega pixels camera in the back. Acer Iconia One 8 features a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy Tab costs more than Acer Iconia One 8, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
