Acer Iconia One 8 is a little bit better than the Acer Iconia Tab A100, getting a 53.7 score against 50.4. Acer Iconia One 8's construction is much newer, extremely thinner and lighter than the Acer Iconia Tab A100. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Acer Iconia One 8 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Acer Iconia Tab A100 has Android 4.0.3 version, so it provides you a couple additional features and a performance increase.
The Acer Iconia One 8 features a little faster CPU than Acer Iconia Tab A100, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Acer Iconia One 8 also has 2 more CPU cores. Acer Iconia Tab A100 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Acer Iconia One 8, although it has a way lower resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels, a bit smaller screen and a little lower amount of pixels per screen inch.
