Comparison review
The Asus VivoTab RT is much better than Acer Iconia Tab A510, getting a overall score of 61 against 55.4. The Asus VivoTab RT design is lighter and thinner than Acer Iconia Tab A510, even when both were only released with a few months difference. Asus VivoTab RT has Windows RT operating system, while Acer Iconia Tab A510 counts with Android 4.0 operating system.
Asus VivoTab RT features a display that is very similar to the display in Acer Iconia Tab A510, and although the Asus VivoTab RT has a bit more pixels per inch of screen and a quite better 768 x 1366px resolution, they both have a display of the same size. The Asus VivoTab RT features a bit more powerful processing unit than Acer Iconia Tab A510, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus VivoTab RT also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Asus VivoTab RT features slightly more memory to store more apps and games than Acer Iconia Tab A510, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity. Acer Iconia Tab A510 counts with a much better battery life than Asus VivoTab RT. Asus VivoTab RT features a very superior camera than Acer Iconia Tab A510, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 video definition and a way better resolution back camera.
Although Asus VivoTab RT is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Acer Iconia Tab A510, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Acer Iconia Tab A510. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Asus VivoTab RT, else you can save some money and buy the Acer Iconia Tab A510, letting go a couple features and specs.
