Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is a lot better than the Acer Iconia Tab A510, having a 76.7 score against 55.4. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8's design is way newer, way thinner and way lighter than Acer Iconia Tab A510. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has newer 13 version and Acer Iconia Tab A510 has Android 4.0, so it provides the user some additional features and improved performance.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a little sharper display than Acer Iconia Tab A510, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, a lot better pixel count per inch in the display and a little larger display. The Acer Iconia Tab A510 features a really superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and 7 GB less RAM memory.
The Galaxy Tab S8 features a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Acer Iconia Tab A510, because it has 96 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 takes greater photographs and videos than Acer Iconia Tab A510, because it has a back facing camera with a way higher 13 MP resolution and a way better (4K) video quality.
The Acer Iconia Tab A510 has better battery performance than Galaxy Tab S8, because it has 9800mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Acer Iconia Tab A510, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Acer Iconia Tab A510. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Acer Iconia Tab A510, giving up some features and specifications.
