Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is better than the Acer Iconia Tab A700, with a score of 63.8 against 56.5. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has newer 13 version and Acer Iconia Tab A700 has Android 4.1 version.
