Microsoft Surface 2 has a general score of 63.4, which is much better than the Acer Iconia Tab A700's global score of 56.5. Microsoft Surface 2 counts with Windows RT 8.1 OS, and Acer Iconia Tab A700 has Android 4.1 OS. Although the Microsoft Surface 2 is a little heavier than the Acer Iconia Tab A700, it's thinner and also newer.
