The Acer Iconia Tab A700 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a bit lower 1200 x 1920 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display.
Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Acer Iconia Tab A700, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
