Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a score of 63.5, which is much better than the Acer Iconia Tab A700's 56.5 general score. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has the older 4.0 version and Acer Iconia Tab A700 has Android 4.1 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a way lighter and notably thinner tablet than Acer Iconia Tab A700.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE's processing unit is very similar to the Acer Iconia Tab A700 one, because although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a lower number of cores , and they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, it also counts with an additional GPU. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE features a bit sharper screen than Acer Iconia Tab A700, although it has a really smaller display, a lot worse 800 x 1280px resolution and a quite inferior quantity of pixels per screen inch.

The Acer Iconia Tab A700 has a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has 32 GB internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 64 GB. Acer Iconia Tab A700 counts with a very superior battery duration than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a 9800mAh battery size instead of 5100mAh.

The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE takes a little bit better photos and videos than Acer Iconia Tab A700, although it has a back facing camera with much less mega pixels resolution.

Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Acer Iconia Tab A700, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Acer Iconia Tab A700. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Acer Iconia Tab A700, letting go some specs and features.
