Apple iPad 4 has a score of 70.8, which is much better than Acer Iconia W3's general score of 57.3. The Apple iPad 4 works with iOS 7.x operating system, while Acer Iconia W3 works with Windows 8 Pro operating system. Apple iPad 4's body is notably heavier but a little thinner than Acer Iconia W3. Apple iPad 4 has a little more vivid screen than Acer Iconia W3, because it has a way better 1536 x 2048px resolution, a higher pixel quantity in each inch of display and a bigger screen.
The iPad 4 features much more storage capacity for apps and games than Acer Iconia W3, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
