Acer Iconia W4 is just a bit better than Asus Fonepad Note 6, having a general score of 59.3 against 58.7. The Acer Iconia W4 has Windows 8.1 operating system, while Asus Fonepad Note 6 counts with Android 4.4 operating system. The Acer Iconia W4 is a heavier but a little bit thinner tablet than Asus Fonepad Note 6.
The Asus Fonepad Note 6 has a bit better hardware performance than Acer Iconia W4, although it has a lower number of cores , they both have the same RAM amount. Asus Fonepad Note 6 has a much better looking screen than Acer Iconia W4, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a way higher 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a much better pixels quantity per inch of screen.
Acer Iconia W4 features a better camera than Asus Fonepad Note 6, although it has a camera with a way lower 5 mega pixels resolution and a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality. The Acer Iconia W4 features a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Asus Fonepad Note 6, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 48 GB more internal memory.

Although Acer Iconia W4 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Asus Fonepad Note 6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Asus Fonepad Note 6. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Acer Iconia W4, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Asus Fonepad Note 6, resigning some specifications.
