Comparison review
The Acer Iconia W4 has a score of 59.3, which is a little bit better than Asus VivoTab's global score of 57.5. The Acer Iconia W4 is a extremely lighter but thicker portable tablet than the Asus VivoTab. These tablets include Windows OS (Operating System), but the Acer Iconia W4 has newer 8.1 version while Asus VivoTab has Windows 8.
Acer Iconia W4 has a much better screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a way smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 800 x 1280px, it also counts with a better count of pixels per screen inch. The Asus VivoTab has as much memory for applications, games, photos and videos as the Acer Iconia W4, and although the Asus VivoTab has no slot for SD memory cards, they both have equal internal storage capacity.
Asus VivoTab has a little bit better performance than Acer Iconia W4, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster), and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Asus VivoTab also counts with an additional graphics processor. The Acer Iconia W4 features a very superior battery life than Asus VivoTab.
The Acer Iconia W4 has a bit better camera than Asus VivoTab, although it has a worse 1920x1080 video resolution and a camera in the back with a lot worse 5 mega pixels resolution.
Although Acer Iconia W4 is a better device, it costs more money than the Asus VivoTab, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Asus VivoTab. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Acer Iconia W4, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Asus VivoTab, resigning some specs and features.
