Comparison review
The Acer Predator 8 is a little bit better than Acer Iconia W510, having a 57.7 score against 57.5. The Acer Predator 8 design is noticeably newer, a bit thinner and notably lighter than Acer Iconia W510. The Acer Predator 8 comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, and Acer Iconia W510 comes with Windows 8 operating system.
Acer Predator 8 has a little sharper display than Acer Iconia W510, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater pixel density and a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920px. Acer Predator 8 features a slightly better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Acer Iconia W510, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Acer Predator 8 also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 128 GB.
Acer Iconia W510 features a bit more powerful processor than Acer Predator 8, because although it has a lower number of cores and also slower, and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Acer Iconia W510 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The Acer Iconia W510 captures clearer photographs and videos than Acer Predator 8, because it has a way more megapixels camera.
Acer Predator 8 has better battery life than Acer Iconia W510, because it has a 4420mAh battery capacity against 3540mAh.
Although Acer Predator 8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Acer Iconia W510, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Acer Iconia W510. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Acer Predator 8, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Acer Iconia W510, giving up some features and specifications.
