Acer Iconia W510 is a pretty good device released back in 2012, coming with a large 10.1 inches multi-touch screen, a very powerful Dual-Core CPU clocking at 1500 MHz, an 8 megapixels back facing camera and a 2 megapixels front facing camera.

The Acer Iconia W510 is powered by an extremely powerful 1500 MHz Dual-Core processing unit and a large 2 GB of RAM memory. Handling graphic rendering, it also has a 533 megahertz PowerVR SGX545 graphics processing unit. A great aspect of the Acer Iconia W510 is the 32 GB huge internal storage memory and an SD extension slot, allowing the user to store tons of apps, games, photos and videos without having to worry about running out of space.

Acer didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 20.46 oz tablet. Whereas this tablet is only 10.18 inches long, it is able to fit a a 10.1 inches display. Being just 0.35 inches thick, the Acer Iconia W510 is extremely thin and stilized.

The Acer Iconia W510 is equipped with two cameras, an 8 MP back side camera and a 2 mega-pixels front facing camera. This tablet can also capture videos up to 1920x1080 (Full HD). To complete the camera, it also has flash and auto-focus.

Acer designed the Acer Iconia W510 with a nice 10.1" display, and a 768 x 1366 resolution, which makes all pictures and videos look quite vivid. Its display uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.

This tablet counts with Wi-Fi connection (but it can't provide it to other devices around, as a mobile hotspot). This device doesn't use a sim card, because it's not a GSM enabled portable tablet.

The Acer Iconia W510 comes with an inmense 3540 mAh Li-Polymer non-replaceable battery, which is quite poor for a highly consuming tablet like this. A possible problem to consider is that this tablet's battery isn't removable so you can't buy a new battery when it starts to lose capacity, making it necessary to replace the whole tablet.

The Acer Iconia W510 also includes a few nice characteristics as NFC and Bluetooth (for communication with other devices, computers, and accessories), and some sensors likeAccelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

Acer is offering this device for $ 105, which is somewhat expensive for comparing with similar tablets. The Acer Iconia W510 is probably very appropiate if you will use this portable tablet mainly for internet broswing and social networks or want it to play games.
