Comparison review

The HP ProPad 600 is a bit better than the Acer Iconia W510, with a 58.2 score against 57.5. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Windows OS (operating system), but HP ProPad 600 has the newer 8.1 version and Acer Iconia W510 has Windows 8, so it counts with a couple nice extra features and increased performance. HP ProPad 600's design is newer than Acer Iconia W510's, but it is somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier.

HP ProPad 600 counts with a brighter screen than Acer Iconia W510, and although they both have a same size screen, the HP ProPad 600 also has a lot better 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution and more pixels per inch in the display. The HP ProPad 600 counts with a slightly bigger memory for games and applications than Acer Iconia W510, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 32 GB more internal memory capacity.

HP ProPad 600's CPU is just as good as Acer Iconia W510's processing unit, because although the HP ProPad 600 has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM and a greater number of cores (and they are faster). HP ProPad 600 has a superior battery life than Acer Iconia W510, because it has an 8380mAh battery size.

HP ProPad 600 and Acer Iconia W510 both count with incredibly similar cameras, both have a camera with an 8 megapixels.

Although HP ProPad 600 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Acer Iconia W510, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Acer Iconia W510. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Acer Iconia W510, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
