The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has a global score of 64.2, which is much better than the Acer Iconia W510's score of 57.5. These tablets include Windows OS (Operating System), but Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has newer 8.1 version while Acer Iconia W510 has Windows 8 version, so it provides some extra features. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 body has the same thickness than the Acer Iconia W510, but it is much lighter.

Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with a better display than Acer Iconia W510, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a way higher screen density. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Acer Iconia W510, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.

The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has just a little better processing power than Acer Iconia W510, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have the same RAM amount, the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster). The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 captures a little bit better photos and videos than Acer Iconia W510. Both have the same video frame rates, the same (Full HD) video resolution and a 8 MP back facing camera.

Acer Iconia W510 features a much better battery performance than Lenovo ThinkPad 8.

Although Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Acer Iconia W510, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Acer Iconia W510. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Lenovo ThinkPad 8, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Acer Iconia W510, resigning a couple specifications.
