The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is much better than the Acer Iconia W510, getting a overall score of 65 against 57.5. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) works with Android 4.1 operating system, while Acer Iconia W510 counts with Windows 8 operating system. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s construction is a bit thicker and a little heavier than Acer Iconia W510.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a bit better looking display than Acer Iconia W510, although it has a just a little lower pixels density and a quite lower resolution of 800 x 1280px, they both have a display with the same size. Acer Iconia W510 features a little better performance than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have 2 processing cores, the Acer Iconia W510 also has a better graphics processor working at 533 megahertz and 1 GB more RAM memory.
Acer Iconia W510 has a way bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has 16 GB more internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 64 GB. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a really longer battery duration than Acer Iconia W510, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity.
Acer Iconia W510 takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Acer Iconia W510 also has a back facing camera with a much higher 8 mega pixels resolution.
Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Acer Iconia W510, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Acer Iconia W510. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Acer Iconia W510, letting go a couple features and specs.
