Microsoft Surface Go has a global score of 66.5, which is better than Acer Iconia W511's 59.5 overall score. Both of these tablets include Windows OS (Operating System), but Microsoft Surface Go has 10 version and Acer Iconia W511 has Windows 8 Pro version. Microsoft Surface Go's construction is a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter than the Acer Iconia W511.
Acer Iconia W511 features a little more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a way lower resolution of 768 x 1366 pixels and a much lower amount of pixels in each display inch, it also counts with a quite larger screen. The Microsoft Surface Go has a bit better processing power than Acer Iconia W511, and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface Go also has a larger amount of RAM.
Microsoft Surface Go counts with just a bit better camera than Acer Iconia W511. Both of them have a same resolution back camera. Microsoft Surface Go counts with a little bit more storage for games and applications than Acer Iconia W511, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Acer Iconia W511 counts with a much longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Go.
